What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is based on the reflex points on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands, and parts of the body. By pressing those points, which represent the 7200 nerve endings of the foot, you work reflexively throughout the nervous system. The origins of reflexology can be traced back to Egypt, around 2500 BC. It has been brought back to light again in the 20th Century by Dr. William Fitzgerald, who discovered how reflexology impacts the body. Reflexology is a modern holistic and complementary therapy that will help you relieving pain and stress as well as helping restoring natural balance.
